Summary

·            Tickets for the Christmas Tea 2^nd December will be sold at the Tuesday and Thursday

                        Monthly meetings.

·        Teresa will be retiring as travel group leader from 2009.She will complete the 2008

                     Programme and we will be looking for  members to take on the 2010 Programme.

·        Ilse Colmar will be proposed as Hon.Treasurer to succeed Janet from November 2008.

·        A new examiner for the accounts will be proposed at the AGM.

·        It will be proposed at the AGM that any member who fails to renew membership within

            one month of  the subscription becoming due will lose membership.

·        Membership will not be available in future for members already in membership of another 

                     U3A.

·        Volunteers to take over as Speakers Secretaries.

·        A charge of £1 will be made for the Traveller’s Tales meeting on 6^th November.
